Attack - Heavy Duty Oven & Grease Cleaner
Description
Attack is a heavy duty, alkaline liquid cleaner designed to remove grease, baked on carbon and soils from ranges, hot plates and ovens.
Cleaning of Heavy Carbon and Grease: Use undiluted applying to preheated surface (Approximately 160C).
Leave until soils are loosened. Scrape residue and then thoroughly rinse.
General Cleaning: Dilute Attack 1 part to 3 parts water for grill and steak plate.1 part Attack to 4 parts water for hoods and 1 part Attack to 5 parts water for fryers.
Oven Cleaning: Dilute Attack 1 part to 4 parts water. Warm oven to 90C. Switch oven off. Spray sides, top and bottom of oven. Close door and wait 3-5 minutes. Wearing rubber gloves wipe with a damp cloth, rinsing frequently. Turn oven on to dry leaving door open.
